🕒 Order Processing

We pack and ship your orders with care and speed.

  • Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM ship the next working day.

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopard, Call Courier).


💳 Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid / Bank Transfer orders are dispatched after payment verification.

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order is instantly queued for same-day or next-day dispatch.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once payment is verified.


🪡 Customized Orders

Some comforts are worth the wait.

  • Customized & made-to-order items (special sizes, tailor-fit covers, or personalized fabrics) require 2–7 working days for production and dispatch, depending on your design and fabric availability.

  • Our team confirms the estimated delivery timeline before production starts.


🚀 Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities: 2 – 4 working days

  • Other Areas: 4 – 7 working days

  • During sales or festive periods, deliveries may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated via SMS or WhatsApp.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200 per order nationwide

  • FREE Shipping when you buy 2 or more items

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.


🏦 Online Payment Discount

Enjoy extra savings when you pay online.

  • 10% instant discount on all orders paid via Bank Transfer or Online Payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) also available for convenience.


🔁 Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

General Exchange Rules

  • Exchange accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed products in original packaging.

  • Exchange available for size, color, or item replacement only.

  • Used or washed products are non-exchangeable.

🪶 Velvet Products Guarantee

  • All Velvet Products are exchangeable within 1 year of purchase in case of fabric defect or color bleed.

  • Exchange not valid for used, damaged, or mishandled items.

🧵 Customized Orders

  • If a customized product is incorrectly prepared by our team, it will be exchanged free of cost.

  • If the error occurred due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will bear both shipping and exchange charges.

  • In cases where the customer orders the wrong size, color, or design by mistake, an exchange can still be processed — but shipping and customization charges will apply.

🚫 Return & Refund Conditions

  • Return or refund is applicable only if we are unable to provide the ordered product or an eligible exchange.

  • Refunds exclude shipping charges.

  • No refund or exchange will be processed for used, washed, or damaged items.

📬 Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or wrong, we’ll cover the return cost.

  • For any customer-initiated exchanges (wrong order, color, size, etc.), the customer pays one-way courier charges (PKR 200–300).

Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement ships within 2–3 working days.
