Product Care Guide

Simple care instructions to preserve the beauty, softness and longevity of your home textiles.

Care Instructions
Washing Machine wash cold (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Wash similar colours together and turn printed fabrics inside out before washing.
Bleaching Do not bleach or use chlorine-based products.
Drying Line dry in the shade whenever possible. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
Ironing Iron on a low to medium heat setting. Avoid ironing directly on printed fabrics.
Storage Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure the product is completely dry before folding and storing.
Cotton Bedding Machine wash cold, tumble dry low and iron on medium heat if required.
Velvet Collection Wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Air drying is recommended. Avoid high temperatures.
Waterproof Protectors Machine wash cold. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat only.
Chair & Sofa Covers Machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry to maintain the perfect fit and finish.
Important Natural cotton may shrink by up to 3–5% after the first wash. Slight colour variation due to different screen settings is normal.

  • If incorrect measurements, colors or details were provided, customization and shipping charges apply.
  • Customer-requested changes (size, color or design) are processed at the customer's expense.

🚫 Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only if we cannot provide the ordered product or an eligible replacement.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Used, washed, damaged or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

📦 Return Shipping

  1. Width – Measure from left to right.
  2. Length – Measure from head to foot.
  3. Height – Measure the mattress thickness from bottom to top.

• Our fitted sheets are designed with deep elastic pockets that fit mattresses up to 14 inches deep.

• Please measure your mattress before placing your order.

• Choose your duvet cover according to the size of your duvet/quilt insert, not just your mattress size.

• A size variation of ±1–2 inches may occur due to the manufacturing process.
